The Equipping Ministry Leader assists other ministry leaders with requests for acquiring resources that encourage disciples’ spiritual growth and use of spiritual gifts in a disciple’s ministry.
In addition to making recommendations for Bible studies, resources for Sunday School and providing information on forums to enhance discipleship, the equipping ministry leader maintains the church library, ensuring faith related subjects are available to edify and equip disciples of all ages.
